This gorgeous 2-storey house is right on the lake, yet just steps from all that downtown Kaslo has to offer, including a brew pub, restaurants, shops, library, watercraft rentals, galleries, walking trails, and the historic Moyie sternwheeler right next door.
The space
There is a full kitchen, large walk-in pantry, 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths (1 with bathtub & shower, 1 with shower), living room, dining area, a library/lounge, upstairs den/games room, and two decks with stunning views of Kootenay Lake and the mountains. The beach is right below the house; and canoe, kayak and waterboard rentals are right next door.
We have 2 distinct apartments in our home. When you book either one, you will have the place to yourselves. We only book one apartment at a time.

The neighbourhood
There’s so much to see and do in and around Kaslo: incredible hiking and biking trails, Ainsworth Hot Springs, Cody Caves, spawning channels, golfing, live music, river-rafting, ziplining, fishing — plus skiing, snowshoeing, and indoor and outdoor skating/hockey in the winter months. And don’t be fooled by Kaslo’s small size; it offers some fantastic family friendly events all year round that make locals happy and visitors glad they stopped by.
